Title: muscle shrink

guys..i'll be busy for like 2 months from now.. and i;d not be able to hit the gym till then.. will my muscle shrink back to where i was b4?
how long would it take to be back at my current stage once im back training in d gym?

You'll lose a little and get softer, then get it back after a few weeks of training. You can always do some calisthenics, running, hills, swimming etc. in the meantime if you want to stay toneds and retain what's there.

Can't train for two months?  A lot of prisons have great gyms.

 Seriously, what could you be doing that you couldn't spare some time to work out?  Some guys are working all day and going to school at night figure out a way to get a work out in.  Larry Scott  was working all day and going to school at night when he won the Olympia.  I have the interview.  He said he seemed to have better workouts when he had super busy days.

I wake up at 3:50Am and drive to work 100 miles away in dense NJ traffic.  I work a 10 hour day and when I get home late I hit the gym. No excuses.  If it's a lack of funds then you use your body weight.  Chins, dips, pushups, burpees, split lunge jumps, and the hosts of other body weight exercises will get you in true condition unlike many mirror athlete bodybuilders.
