Transdermal is the least effective way for absorption..it sounds like one of those bullshit adds from muscular devolopment...even if it is legit your better off injecting some saizen

True, basically any "homeopathic" spray HGH is bullshit. The only orally absorbed product that can affect HGH levels are those that contain true peptides like GH peptide2 , GH peptide 6, Hexarelin.  Hemogex has some GH peptide 2, but you'd have to take it for several months to see any results.
