how many of you folks drink green tea, on a daily basis???
is there any truth to the reports that it aids in fat loss???

It is a good source of antioxidants to support general healthy. Green tea can aid in fat loss but you would probably have to drink gallons of it to get the amount of green tea extract in a few capsules...

Since I work for Japanese company, I drink true Green tea twice a day.

I drink anywhere from 3-5 cups a day, almost every day. I really don't think it helps with fat loss, at least not anything noticeable. But the health benefits are about as broad as anything out there. Seems like every week I'm hearing about another scientifically supported benefit of green tea.

I just thought you must hate green tea when you work in a jap company and drink only twice a day.
I drink liters of the stuff when i'm in Japan.

^I drink it twice a day as well. They have some different kinds too. They don't taste too good, :-X.
But I love my green tea, especially when company orders ALOT of sushi, ;D
