It's a pizza kaiser bun, basically a kaiser bun with cheese, salami, and bacon.
And yes, pickles.

Not like tofu, more like the stuff in cheese cake but flakier.

What's so horrible about that dinner? It's all just fat, carbs, and protein and a few micros you can easily get elsewhere if needed. :)

IMO, the best thing on brats is the crust. The ones that are on the grill for hours are the best. Putting them in beer would ruin the crust I think. I'm not the biggest fan of sauerkraut, but mixed with some sweet kraut and fried bacon bits, it's pretty good.

i no longer watch the clock, or eat every 3 hours

just get in my protein, water, vit/min

lift hard

i also eat as many carbs as possible while staying in my calorie range

last week for example i lost 1.5lbs of fat and 0.0 lbs of lean mass(this has more to do with carbs than protein as carbs will spare catabolism more than protein)

I know I know, I obviously don't pig out (regarding amount of food) every day either. I do eat mostly in restaurants during the week though. But even if you look at the meals I posted, there is plenty of veggies, fruit and salad.
