I have a contest this week like every time I make carbing up, but for the second contest 24 october, I think it is better to stay with carbohydrate all the week, and make sodium potassium depletion.and drink like every time.

Have you tried carb cycling?
Sometimes staying low carb and just bumping up your fat intake can keep you looking full on stage.
