I see that I can buy the seeds but I want to buy the peppers.

maybe a farmer's market or specialty store?

If the problem is that bad, maybe get one of these  ;D

I checked around at some specialty stores but no one has them.  All I can find is some hot sauce with the pepper in it.

You know what?  Peppers are REALLY easy to grow.  Just grow your own.  Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Well I wanted to give them to kids for Halloween as a gag and then put some in my cats mouth while he was sleeping so I can put it on Youtube...lol
