It's kind of cool that his main training motivation wasn't just to stand on stage to be compared with others. Sounds like he liked training and getting big for himself and not other's approval. He seems ok to me.

Thanks for that, Victors genetics @ 16 were already exceptional and @ 18 he was huge with great shape, its hard to tell where he would of ended up back then in the late 80s and early 90s if he actually chose to be Competitive, with a Rampant Lee Haney and then the Yates era which IMO was the toughest era ever...in saying that Victor still had extraordinary genetics and shape for a massive bloke and if he could of managed to dail in his actual conditioning, shape, detail etc and still keep most his size...its a possibility he could of been top 6 in the 1980s Haney's era, in Dorian's top 10 we will never know.
