What do you say Ron? This guy built a great natural physique through limited gym equipment in Egypt and maintains it to this day, has lots of training knowledge and is respectful to others on the board.

i agree entirely, sherief is a great guy, very fair and knows his shit about training. He has competed and knows what it takes to get in shape and how to bust his ass in the gym day after day, months after month, year after year. 8)
he is also very civil with getbiggers who do nothing but attack him, and always offers advice and help when asked, no matter who asks.
He is a scholar of old school bodybyuilding and has started many great threads comparing bodybuilding greats, along with raising excellent talking points about past and current shows.
If he does not deserve to be a mod who does ?
come on ron do the right thing.

many thx my dear bro. i have just noticed this thread i swear..
i know they will never make me a mod. here but even if they accept i really dont want because it's a responsibility that needs more time and efforts and i will have to post constantly on the training board while i prefer to post more on the G&O about various bb related subjects and not just training..
