This will be my diet

Meal 1: Oatmeal, nuts and raisins

Workout 40-50 minutes

Meal 2: Protein shake (40 grams)

Meal 3: Stir fry, Chicken and Tuna (40-50 grams of protein)

Meal 4: Protein Shake (40 grams)

Cardio: 30 minutes, high intense

Meal 5: Stir fry, Chicken and Tuna (40-50 grams of protein)

Is this adequate, how long will it take to reach 6% in your estimation?

your exact food schedule doesnt matter as it can be set up in 1000 different ways the important thing is that you are doing the basics

1. caloric deficit via food restriction and if you want cardio (never do too much cardio..also you dont have to do it at all)
2. keep lifting heavy to keep muscle. no light weight bullshit. max 4 days in the gym, if your natural, for most people.
3. alot of protein
4. dont matter exactly what foods you eat or how many meals you eat. up to you and your taste.
5. dont diet too fast and have patience
6. your list doesnt say much as it doesnt have amounts and also dont know enough about you..ie weight and activity level etc etc. you must realize its about underfeeding not magic.
7. skip protein shake and eat regular food ...will be much better to keep you from getting hungry
8. more fat
9. boring food choice..eat more varied. no need to only eat chicken and tune

dejavue  ???

take protein before your workout - it is a scientific fact it helps prevent muscle breakdown and increase synthesis more so than after the workout.

don't be stupid - heed my advices.

yes very true, i didnt see that. make sure you get 'regular protein' or  BCAA/EAA before the workout.

No scientific evidence, but increasing intake of salad(lettuce/_extremly light dressing_) and fruit has helped to get to the number.

No protein in meal one?

Also looks like only about 180 grams of protein per day - which assuming you have some muscle you should take more if you are on a low calorie, high cardio diet.

Does the protein shake have any carbs?  Are you taking it with milk?  These add some extra calories - what is your total calorie intake?  It's good to take a protein drink that has some fiber in it since it's hard to get enough fiber on a low carb diet - not sure how many vegetables and oats you are eating.

And like someone else said, better to eat food than taking protein drinks because they are more filling compared to the calories contained, that is if you are feeling hungry on your current diet and have time to cook and eat instead of taking a quick protein drink.

It's the blind leading the blind with this thread. There's not a single mention of how much you weight and what your daily total caloric consumption and expendure is. Knowing this is foremost.

if you read my post,, a caloric deficit is obviously what is needed for weight/fat loss (point 1) so maybe you should read before you post,,.
