Hey guys just wonder if some of you do cardio to keep a good heart rate or not ? and if yes how ? and how much ?

Mon thru Fri every morning at 5am on a empty stomach. Gets it outa the way, fires up your metabolism for the whole day too. 30-45min

pretty much always after I weight train. so 5-6 days a week 30mins each day.

how do you do cardio I mean, I want to improve my heart rate but I dont know how should I do it. I was think about doing biking 4 times a week with 160-170 bpm is this right ?

Biking could work, I like to stand not sit though so the eliptical and the treadmill are my faves. I like to train about 120 BMP or so.

Used to do at least an hour of low intensity cardio a day but I've been too busy. I still squeeze in a few sessions each week, but like a tiny bit of high intensity cardio for the actual cardiovascular benefits.

I only jump rope, GNP with grappleing dummy, sparring and mit work for cardio....with occasional rowing and sprint work in my crossfit training cycles.

Walk on the tradmill on an incline about 3.5-4 miles an hour. Every couple minutes I bring the incline up until I cant take it any more. Makes you burn crazy calories

I do 20 mins low intensity every morning mon-fri... I like it because it helps me eat more and also keeps me leaner while I add size. Haven't actually done high intensity cardio like running or sprints in a few years.

I havent done cardio in 2yrs

oh yea sure do...75 min at 5am running at least 6.0 mph...then around 430pm 80 minutes on the stairmaster full speed...but I train for marathons and half marathons
