The worst is seeing a pretty woman with a trashy, ugly tattoo on her. Personally, if someone had a lapse in judgment at ANY TIME in there life to where they thought getting a trashy tattoo was "cool" or that it was for them, that's not someone I would date. People do things they regret all the time but that says a lot more than that about someone.
