I hear people who get the glandular tissue removed (so they don't get gyno again) have like a weird indent, concaved nipples afterwards
well i'm no rocket scientist, but why not fill this with a small implant? ::)

they cut the fat and fold it over to fill it in. You can see pics of the cross section and what it looks like in a diagram if you search online.

It would look something like this
