Title: Newbie help needed

Hello all just looking for some sugestions. I am 28 years old 5'9" 210lbs 10% body fat. I graduated high school at 135 pounds. I have been lifting atleast 5 days a week for 4 years and less frequently before that. I believe I have hit my natural limit I am not increasing in strength much and am lifting as much with as good or better form than the other guys at my gym nor is my size increasing and am looking for help. I have been doing lots of internet reasearch on steroids but my biology degree still makes me feel inept seems like I need an organic chemistry degree to figure this stuff out. I would like to put on about 20 more pounds and am looking for advice on what to use. I can get almost any gear at my gym but it seems like those guys want my on some pretty heavy stuff to start. I was thinking my first cycle should probably be test but I would like to keep my gains as much as possible when I am off. Please help me out.

I have read the newbie and beginner threads and surfed the site alot before asking the question. But, I am looking for specifics on what will give me lasting games as I am not planning to cycle repeatedly I would just liek to gain about 20lb keepable. again thanks for your time.

Do you regularly take some time off?  Not just a few days, but 10 or more days  :o  You'd be surprised at the "rebound" gains...  Just throwing it out there for the interim...
