From another source it appears to be a suicide by cop situation, 2 officers shot 1 in the leg other in the shoulder, perp 2 in the head - he won't recover.

we don't want to jump to conclusions.... however, CNN says he was 'emotionless'.

I've never met a liberal that wasn't whining or crying when talking to others.
