Did any of you guys notice they are hiring trainers right now? Some of you guys should check this out. Looks like a pretty sound investment depending on where you want to drop the gym at.

I agree this might be a big deal if UFC has sound books and no corruption.

I think you would make money.

Things I would do before buying into this(only on principle not profit ability)
1. Believe everything a stripper says
2. kick my own ass for doing so
I've come to the conclusion after watching Chuck Liddel's video that pro MMA guys are more fucked up then pro bodybuilders. And Chuck is helping move the Cultural Marxism movement so fuck him...
-
pro bodybuilders are disgruntled mma fighters
and pro mma fighters are disgruntled bodybuilders
i've been saying this all along guys...

These gyms might very well start another gym craze like the early 80's. If they can market that getting
a MMA type physique is truly possible people will go there in droves.
Marketing a bodybuilder type physique has dissillusioned most of the public, since it was based on a lie basically.

no such thing as an "MMA" physique fighters come in all shapes and sizes

I don't see any ''craze'' coming. All mma douchebags seem to have already made it to the gym.
Here's Joe Rogan making an MMA asshole look stupid ;D

not really, there is a look that many have, like Lidel, Cotoure and CroCop and others. It is muscular but very toned and lean. IF they can convince people they can look like that by going to their gyms it will equal gold.

You would have to literally be a millionaire to even consider it. Based on that layout and equipment, I'd say its about 1.5 million to set up but the overhead would be outrageous. Trainers wouldn't be a big deal as they would be on commission but heating and cooling a 40,000 sq ft facility along with showers, lighting, office staff etc would be crazy
I have to say that I would train there in an instant based on the equipment alone if I lived in that area but it more than likely, I think that it will end up closing in a year.
Of course, this UFC gym is a peanut compared to my former gym, Sportsclub of Greenville SC. Its a 60,000+ SF multi-sport complex which included 14 tennis courts (nine clay, three hard and two indoor), three racquetball courts, three group fitness studios including group cycling, indoor swimming pool, full-court indoor basketball, volleyball, massage therapy, children’s nursery, juice bar and 10,500+ SF of fitness equipment
They have three clubs now and just opened up this brand new 54,000 sq ft monster..... :o UFC Gym cannot hang with this

Wow you are still at it. Your ignorance is at a all time high. Now come back with something witty like how you embarrassed yourself. By the way stupid you know nothing about a gym. Your body shows it and so does your persona. By the way no way in the world would they let you train there.

State of the art equipment, daycare nursery, 50 in Plasma in the Locker Room with ESPN, Post Rehab Center, indoor pools, and tennis courts for starters. For the most part, Sportsclub is a corporate gym with contracts all around the city so there's a large amount of people who work out there so the size of the gym and numerous locations are required.
The one unusual thing about the Greenville Center is that they have a liquor license and they sell beer at the facility. I've never liked the fact that they did but it has to deal with the original opening back in the 70's when raquetball players would have a beer after a session of playing. Its the only gym I know that serves alcohol in it.
Its big but you gotta admit its impressive. Greenville and Simpsonville are one of the fastest growing cities in the US thanks to low mortgage fees and picture perfect sunny weather most of the year.
Sportsclub>UFC Gym.

You got busted big time for being a con artist and a cheat....deal with it, fat boy because it was only a matter of time befor your former business partners decided to call your ass out for who you really are.
BTW, I trained at SportsClub for 3 years....something you haven't done in 10 years since that spider bit made you gain 700 pounds.

All bullshit gimmicks especially the "state of the art equipment". I'd bet EVERYTHING you or i have got that I can get better results with less than "state of the art" equipment.

This is the problem with big commercial gyms Vince, they have turned society into thinking you don't have to train hard to get results. Most people (naive people) want to "workout" on machines rather than real weight because it's easier. "Working out" isn't supposed to be easy nor fun!

Your shit is getting so old. The funny thing is you continue everyday to give us more and more ammo to whip your ass with. You can make up all the shit you want but the people who count know exactly everything that goes on with me. That is why I continue to do business with the people who count. It's to bad you can't find anyone to do anything with but Vissy. By the way what ever happened to your gym. Didn't you have a couple opening including some 1000 sq ft gym.. Fuck you are to stuipid to open a gym just is the size of a garage. You are an embarrassment. And you don't train. Going to a gym and hangin out looking at dudes all day is not training. You don't look like you have ever lifted a weight in your life. How come yu can't see that. Everyone else has. You are a last place loser. Fact are facts.
Like I said show me where one person lost money in that gym that I took or stole. Come on asshole. you have a big mouth and throw shit around to try and make yourself look good. Show some proof. Show one name of one guy who put money into that gym that I took. Don't talk like you always do. Show some proof you fucking loser. All you do is talk. Thats all you can do cause you don't have the brains, talent or anything it takes to do anything in life. Look at your life so far. You haven't done shit. I love people like you that are losers there whole lives yet still talk shit. Come on man show me. you have some guy come on here who makes a bad business deal and loses $2500 and try and make it sound like I stole it. You are a piece of shit. You wonder how you have lived this long. No wonder you stay in the ghetto where you live. It fits you.
By the way did you see who that email is too. Do you know who that is. Email him and ask him if he lost anything., Ask him how he feels about me. That guy alone is more successful than every person you have ever met in your life. Odd how he would come to the Olympia to be in our booth and help out. See those are the kind of people I do business with and like to do business with me. SOmnething you will never experience

I believe that anyone that invested their money in that gym that was never built and wasn't going to be built anyway did.
You own former business partnersTravis and Thomas from Muscle Mafia called you a con artist and liar and showed all you emails back and forth lying about stuff, making excuses, saying you couldn't afford it at the time, etc.
Your life may have had some sort accomplishments early on with being in Over the Top, arm wrestling, etc. Even I would have had some respect for you at that time. But now you're not only a shell of your glory days but you've grown bitter, you're grossly overweight, and you're betrayed the trust of your former business partners and did them wrong.
Clean up your life, and make restitution to your former business partners. Its the right thing to do

I'll agree with you on that. It does make most of society think they don't have to train hard or diet to get results but that's with just about all commercial gyms. But its all up to the individual goals and a lot of athletes train at the facility as its not equipped with the free weights but also a rehab center and a sports therapist on staff in the event of an injury. While the gym is geared towards regular people, its well equipped for hardcore lifters and bodybuilders. There's no lunkhead alarm or etc and that section of the facility pumps out heavy metal music.
Its also very expensive place to train, it was 70 dollars a month at the time I was there and now I think its 95 dollars. But at least you get your money's worth

Its got free weights and cages at the facility. The trainers are another thing however as they are all ISSA certified. While they have hired other trainers, they prefer to hire people that have an ISSA certification and the majority of them only have that certification. The problem is that not all trainers are alike and they really looked too much into the paperwork rather than actually watching their training style
I remember that they had this little twig boy personal trainer on the staff. He was some sort of runner and all he would do is have them do crunches and decline push-ups on a pilates ball for the most part and make run them around in the indoor track for 30 minutes while he went in the office for a doughnut or something. It was a complete joke.
They have a new General Manager at the Greenville Facility since I trained there and while the other person was alright and actually gave me some free clothing and gear for my show at the Mountaineer, she was more of a businesswoman than a gym freak and she moved on to bigger things. Hopefully the new manager made some changes to that

You could get some good cardio just walking around the building. That is more than twice the size of Sportsclub. I would hate to see the overhead cost of this place

I live near the one in Concord CA, that just opened up, but at $145 a month for minimal MMA classes, eh.
