These guys are in every gym. There is an explosion of cheating form to use heavy weight in the gym. My favorite is quarter range of motion leg presses, squats and pressess.
That guy with his hands around the bar in the bench probably pulled between 20 to 55lbs worth of force.
That squat is so typical of what's being done in every gym. They should be forced to watch film of Olympic lifters squatting.
I just left a gym the last week where a guy used huge dumbbells to incline press. After doing half range of motion presses he threw the dumbbells and strutted around the gym like he was a super hero. Truth be told he couldn't use dumbbells 30lbs lighter for real reps.
Just another reason why real athletes laugh at most bodybuilders.

When he squats on the left there is a guy who do same range of motion with 100 lbs lmao it must be the "ass to gras" range of motion at that gym.

Watch the bar bounce after the "405" bench. 405 doesn't bounce like that.
