Title: Nasser and Dillet
Post by: Shockwave on March 21, 2010, 05:06:46 PM
Nasser should have stayed like this, IMHO, but there is no way he'd win anything like that.
Too bad Dillet couldnt pose and had no back.. fucker was a freak.

Neither one had a back but clearly in this shot Paul is dominating.

Paul Dillett and "flat biceps". These are easily 23s, if not bigger.

Dillet was so weak in the gym. Crazy steroid receptors though

your opinion on bodybuilding is questionable, but this is a good shot of two greats.

That's Nasser before his big leap to 95.  Huge difference in his front double bicep shot from 94 to 95 and after.  This was his progress in just one year and by 95 he never lost to Paul Dillet again.

Another 95 FDB with Dorian to put things in perspective, and an offseason 95 FDB - in-fucking-sane!  :o

I guess he didn't need to do more, but imagine if he did...

Would it be so hard to just acknowledge that Dillet looked good in that shot and leave it at that?

He was going pretty heavy on the shoulder press machine

Oh yeah, he looks awesome.  But since this is a "Nasser Thread" I knew immediately bandwagoners will start posting that Dillet was more impressive simply because someone posted a picture of Nasser while he was still growing

Not sure bro, I think most pros slightly raise them?

Thanks, who do you honestly see winning that shot?

Also doesn't Nasser's lats show morere width in his FDB than Levrone and Yates - his lat width/taperer was one of the strong points of this pose

i think he raises his arms slightly higher than most.

look at levrone and yates in that pic, i think it gives the impression of slightly greater width when arms are parallel - nassers arms are not as raised either.

nasser looks great regardless though.

Levrone represents bodybuilding in that shot. Nice blend of size, conditioning, symmetry and aesthetics.

Honestly, Nasser.
Kevin lacks the conditioning.
Dorians FDP was his worst pose, Due to his main flaw being (torn) biceps.
So honestly Nasser takes that pose.
93 Dorian vs 95 Nasser I would (probably) debate.

So easy to spot the oilceps.
