the most meat I ever ate was at one of those brazilian restaurants with the green and red card. I just kept it on the green side the whole time, and just ate and ate and ate, till I literally was gonna drop! Thought I was gonna have a heart attack ;D

i dont buy this , may be if its low grade mcdonalds hamburger puke , but in my heart of hearts i believe a nice lean sirloin is great for you as long as you have fruits and vegtibles in your diet to balance that shit out

I have steak every single day and my cholestrol levels are normal - it's all balanced out with a lot of fruit (not overly keen on vegetables) and plenty of water. Cardio also helps burn off the excess calories from the fat in the steak so all in moderation really.

LOL I was still hungry when I got home, wanna find a bigger steak :-D
It was good, but not great! not sure about the cut but it was fatty! The place I had it in has a modest 8 oz filet which I had before that is much better tasting and really done right

nooooo I haaaate onions (and my wife loooooves them - its a problem) but I had some mushrooms with it :)
