Im confused when he does the 10-5-5 / 8-4-4 / 6-3-3 rest-pause..I know the rest pause at the end. When he goes 10-5-5..Does he mean 10 reps, then 5, and then 5 again? Descending reps?

Also when he does 3-4x8-4 1-1/2 rep

Does he mean 3-4 sets and 8 - 4 reps. Im guessing it descending reps?
