For the very first time (and I would have never thought I would do that) 308lbs (6 20kg plates), no help and ass to the grass no knee straps.
As my bech personal best a few days ago, it was far from being pretty and I really struggled, but I got it up by myself.
Had to ask somebody to spot me of course and the guy was douchebag I told him that I have never even tried that weight and he just stood back so I wonder how far I could have gone If I wouldn;t have to worry.
A year ago I was unable to squat 220lbs for more then 4 reps (I have always trained squats all the way down) now I rep 10 with 220lbs easy.
Shows you again if you put your mind to it :)
I think benching wise I have reached my personal best so far and I may have to use a good training program to increase and reach my ultimate goal which is 6 wheels, squating however I think I could even go a little further.

"Six wheels" refers to six plates per side to most folks, fyi. Nobody calls 135 "two wheels".

u should know me better by now - I dont play that game I am always honest with my lifts - that way I defuse all my haters :D if you give them no amunition to play with

u only count the plates on one side of the bar- hence three wheels. Thats the convention.

Keine Ahnung - hab lang braucht bis ich die Kniebeugen gscheit hinbekommen hab ~ so 6 Monat. Bin ziemlich pingelig und ein wenig fehlt mir die Flexibilität.
Hab im Center(McFick im 12ten) bis jetz noch nie jemanden gscheit Kniebeugen machen sehn...
Beine zam, viel Gwicht, a bissl nach unten.... wenn überhaupt.
Trainierst noch immer in der Firma?

I went from 225 (don't laugh) to 435 last year, so I know you've got more in you for 2010. ;)
