Is this really true?

Are there actually people chilling on a BODYBUILDING website who don't even train? That's wierd.

I'm no beast.... yet, but I work out 4x a week and bust my ass at least.

Went good, I only got to about a day and a half and had to stop. I was strong as hell the day I stopped, although I don't know why that would be? ???
