picture a plastic bag that is 85% filled with water.....the bag will still have unique surface features and ripples

then fill the bag to over 100% capacity....all the ripples and surface features are washed out because the bag is stretched to its limit

this is kind of what happens to muscles filled with synthol......the muscle appears larger and increases in volume, but the unique features and striations that make each muslce unique kind of disappear
