Looks good, finally some good conditioning as of late. But he has the calves of someone 100 pounds lighter than him...namely me!
And Good on Roelly! I said it last yr, he was a winner and big things awaited him. He is the breakout Rookie. I think we are seeing a Caribbean version of Dennis James, one that actually gets in shape. He is like a DJ/Levrone hybrid and he will get better. Thanks Grandma!

Looking at the vid, Roelly was the clear winner. If he did the tricep shot with the clasp behind his back, it would have looked better, like the famous Demayo shot.

how far has bodybuilding gone down the toilet?
each of the guys looked unbalanced and assymmetrical in the FDB and groteque in the other shots.
its a crying shame that BB has degraded to this and sooner or later this "sport" will suffer the consequences of awarding mass and condition over everything else through lack of funding and complete ridicule beyond that of even today.

I agree. I'm not impressed by his side triceps pose. He should be able to blow everyone away with his triceps, but this pose is kinda weak.
