Hey I am about to pull the trigger on something for the knees.  Either wraps or sleeves.
These are the sleeves:

These are the wraps:

I have a slight tweak in one knee on squats.  The knee has been clicky for years.  When I go up steps on every step it clicks.  Pain wise, there is almost none.  There is just a touch of pain after squat day and its so small I can't tell if its in my imagination.  I would like to wrap up on my heaviest lifts.  I don't want to use something on my 10 or 12 rep sets, just when I am going for power, 1-5.  I would prefer the sleeves because it would take me a while to learn how to wrap.  I don't know a lot about either though which is why I am asking here.

From what I understand, knee sleeves won't offer much in the way of support but will keep your knees warmed up, while wraps will give you support but are more time consuming getting on/off.

i would buy rehband knee sleeves
with knee wraps, you need to put them on and take them off each set, whereas you can wear knee sleeves for a whole workout, they will keep your kneens warm
also, ice your knees twice a day

Since this made it back to the top, I'll second the old-style blue Rehband knee sleeves, followed by the Kono bands.
Jackals Gym is the only place I know of that still catalogs the old style blue models, that are a bit better- http://www.jackalsgym.com/default.aspx .

kono bands are thinner, and mine started falling apart after three months of consistent use (squats three times a week)
i have had rehband old style for over a year now, no problems so far
