 I find it interesting that he does his hair right before going to the gym. This guy must be a lady killa!

 Dude needed wraps in order to grip the dumbells=he can't handle the weight and it was ego. I swear, I will never wear straps for dumbell curls. If I can't handle it because of grip strength, then I work up to it...
 
 Aside from that, he's got a decent build.

				The guy looks good. But in all honesty he wouldn't be able to do 40 pound curls strict for 10(rest pause super slow)

				Not that I can curl 100 lbs (actually, I have never tried so I really don't know if I could) but, those are actually one rep sets because he is completely relaxing his arm at the end of eat jerky curl. What do I know, but a lighter weight and better, smoother, more controlled form should do a heap more for his bicep muscles than this is.
