Obama / Biden has already lowered taxes. Americans paid less in 2009 Under Obama than they have for the last 60 years.

Per 240's question - GMAFB - they are govt employees and dont pay taxes. If they were taxed on the total compensation they receive in the form of benes,perks, etc like anyone else, they would owe us millions of dollars.

I find that very hard to believe. Besides, it doesnt matter, because businesses are anticipating that they will be paying way more taxes than they have in a long time starting in January of 2011.

youre right about businesses. but yeah, in 09, americans did pay less. obama slashed taxes for 98% of americans. of course, it's all a welfare state now as the businesses pay for it all haha...

People got a one time gimmick for $7 a week, which is nothing. Its insulting.
Additionally, Obama is literally about to unleash an avalanche of new taxes on everyone and anyone with an ounce of a clue knows that.
Again - govt workers don't pay taxes, they consume them.

If he had RAISED taxes by $7 a week, or $365 per American, would it be 'nothing'?
If it drops at this same rate for an 8 year admin, it would mean americans get to keep an additional 13% of their income than they did under Bush.
Besides, to MANY AMERICANS, $7 a week is a case of Ramen noodles, or 24 meals. We're lawyers and porn stars and have other cool occupations on getbig. For people making $7 per hour for 25 hours they can get as a checkout clerk, it's 4% more income weekly. It's not "insulting" to them.

Maybe $7 isn't a lot to you - you live in NYC and are a succesful professional.
To many people on a fixed budget, it's the ability to take the grandkid out for an ice cream cone once a week, or to just stop and have 2 cold ones after a long week at the factory.
$7 matters to some people.

On another note. About the video. How much legal trouble would a person get into if he/she were to punch Biden in the mouth? Does anybody now? I couldn't imagine being treated the same way as a regular person assaulting another.

FACT!!!We lost 10,000 dollars in overtime which was ended by my company THE DAY this fool took office!!!So,I got 13 dollars a week and 800 for the year and lost 9,200 dollars because this fool and joke of a human being is president.
Oh,and we just got a notice that our health care will cost as much as 1500 dollars more next year.Add to that the Bush tax cuts going away.Yes sir he is great.
