Just a quick question, i got my cycle and PCT all sorted and bought, just wondering for a nolvadex PCt at 40,30,30 is there any way i should take them? i.e split them through the day or take the 40mg at once?

You really dont need to run nolvadex that high as 20mg ed is sufficient, but split it up 20 in the AM and 20 in th PM. When you drop to 20mg ed, you can run it all at once, or split it up. Doesn't really matter.
