Is it any good?  I bought a 3lb jar by accident lol and was wondering if I should return it......

Some people will tell you protein is protein.

Others will tell you some proteins are superior to others.

I will tell you that, if it was me, I'd take it back & get either whey, micellar, casein, egg, etc.

I got a bunch of samples from the Ct Europa show...by Universal Nutrition..

At first I thought it was a misprint but not great tasting at all...

There are many cheaper protein supplements on the market. but it has been found that many protein supplents have metal substances in them. people often take cheap protein shakes but hesitate to spend few bucks on a good quality product.
