I am eating on my Pecan Pie and Cincinnati Chili!!!!!!
I eat 2200-2600 calories a day which is plenty. Trust me, this is the biggest and leanest I have ever been.

BTW, at a 2007 comic convention in Philly, Lou Ferrigno said I had (and I quote) "a great physique and awesome set of abs." I know Lou is a dick, but when he told me this I was in awe and truly shocked. From a kid with some bad genetics it was an incredible feeling!! Just think, this guy stood toe to toe with Arnold in 1975 and saw first hand that legendary body!! And he said I had a great physique??? Nobody but nobody can ever take that away from me!!! NOBODY!!! :)

At 250lbs my abs are not great but i am happy enough with them.
I much prefer being lean for my weight and strong than being light. I am over 6'3 so do not like being light.

What you are saying could be very much true. I'm not gonna sit here and get into the details of chemical compositions and start arguing with you, you bring up great points.... But... lets discuss the facts....
1. Let me rephrase that ---- I still stand by the statement that I have never used ANABOLIC STEROIDS in my life.... BUT YES I have always openly admitted to using Pro-Hormones (Pro-Steroids) call it whatever you want, but I have never denied or hidden that fact!
2. Again, EVERY single natural organization on the face of the planet will let me compete and consider me a natural bodybuilder, so I will always consider myself a natural bodybuilder
3. Regardless of how potent some of the old pro-hormones were (Andro, M1T, etc), they are not equal to Deca, DBOL, ANAVAR, TEST, or whatever... not even close man!
You cannot generalize on all of those products, are Pro-hormones potent - YES they are, I've used them and I will attest to that.... are they EXACTLY like using the real thing, NO if you believe they are, then you are severely misinformed ...

Basic Principles:
- A minimum daily protein intake (approx. 0.5g/lb-1 gr/lb bodyweight), (you may be able to get by on much less protein than stated, adjust accordingly)
- a deficiency of calories which leads to 1-3 lbs of weight loss per week,
- hard weight training at least 3 times a week,
- a variety of food good enough to ensure proper intake of all needed nutrients.
- Strive for USRDA (you will meet or exceed the amounts most likely without any attention)
Factors of no, minimal, or even negative influence:
- the ratio of macro nutrients other than defined by the rules above,
- cardio training,
- abandonment of alcohol,
- intake of "supplements",

Ive used everything under the sun. Mg for Mg, M1T is the single strongest compound Ive ever tried other than methyl tren. If youve taken it you are not natural. You are right I can't compare it to anything else, because i've never used anything else! So I'm going purely on things I have read and people I have talked to...
And I have read statements such as yours before (one of which was written by Art Atwood - which was what finally convinced me to try M1T), but I've also read the exact opposite many times, as well as conversations with people who have tried both and had results not even comparable to the real thing!
Maybe I am underestimating it.... I'm not one to continue arguing for the sake of arguing, but people have straight up told me "its like comparing little league football to the NFL"
