Geez man when he sweats he sweats, he drenched a damn hoodie and the pants. Must have lost at least 2-3lbs during that workout. That was a beastly workout this far out. he wrecked the T-bar.

That's quite impressive Barbell Rowing after shitloads of pulldowns and so on.
Good form with the Deadlifts too, he doesnt drop the weight on the ground and rest after every rep like Cutler does.

they trained with dorian before whatever contest and it was posted on MD. Dorian told them about doing pullovers and hammer strength pulldowns before doing pulldowns and to focus on the negatives, etc. Looks like they was trying to copy all that stuff (much less strict form than when dorian was watching). Basically the same format of exercises that dorian took them through.

Deads are harder when you rest the weight at the bottom, kills the momentum.

If you watched, he said that he hasn't trained arms in a month, Hany told him not to do so because well, like you said. So they theory is that he can train arms a a month at a time and not lose the size, shape or fullness. Basically it seems like they are trying to bring up his other bodyparts, like chest.

Exactly. Dorian took the time to advise Kai and Oscar on correct form and biomechanics - looks like it sunk in eh?

Dorian should not have wasted his time with those munchkins. The MAN himself sacrificed his precious time, since hes a bussinessman, to teach an ape and an overweight guy 2-3 basic training things. they didnt listen, instead the did their own! even in the video! At least do what he says, just for the cam...they basically insulted dorian.

I didn't watch the video at first. Just being a smart ass again. He seems to be on the right track. Don't like his physique, still think he's narrow but he's doing a great job at covering it up. It wille between him, Jay and Kai. No surprises. It will come down to conditioning and...politics.

Dorians is probably the best vid ever IMO.
I like Jay's too as they give a bit more insight into his life in and out of the gym, plus it makes a change to watch an articulate BBer who can string a sentence together.

That's great for power lifting and strength, but continous tension in theory is better for muscle growth and less of a bitch on the joints and ligaments.
That was a lot of different movements in one workout. Pretty much covered everything except dbell rows. Couldn't fathom doing sets of 20 on DL's last in a workout
