Title: New guy - questions

So I've been lifting for about a year and am trying educate myself. I'm 21, 5'11, about 250 lbs. I'm starting a cut and wanted some feedback on my diet for the next 12 weeks. I do cardio for 3-4 days a week for 35-45 minutes and do a full body workout focusing on barbell movements three days a week.

Bench: 335; Deadlifts: 465;Squat 365

Meal One
Egg whites x 10
   160 calories
   36 g protein
Skim Milk, one cup
   90 calories
   8 g protein
   13 g  carbohydrates
Whey, four scoops
   480 calories
   72 g protein

Meal Two
Tuna, four cans
   520 calories
   104 g protein
Olive oil   
   120 calories

Meal Three   
Oatmeal, one cup
   300 calories
   10 g protein
   54 g carbohydrates
Chicken breasts, three
   330 calories
   69 g protein

Totals:
Calories: 2,000
Protein:  299 g
Carbohydrates: 67 g

Cut back on the tuna. Four cans a day is a lot of mercury.
