Ah...maybe you should look into getting a Manzier or a Bro.

Did read that vaseline or "Bodyglide" on the nips could help.

yeah a lot of runners have that - I think its called bloody nipples.

Best thing you can do is to put plasters over them - or have a very thight hugging shirt underneath.

no body glide.

i'm going by Dick's sporting goods after work to find a skin tight undershirt, see if that helps.

If $70 is too rich for your blood, i understand that.  :)

Why are you looking at what other guys wear to clubs?  :-\ :-\ Do you wanna compare "Pipes"  ::) ::) Why not bring a set of Dumbbells and a Bench to get "that" pump.  :D

it's not too rich for my blood, but it adds up.

i'll pay 70 bucks for a shirt, but i don't live in eastern europe, so i'll have to change it every day.  so that's 7 shirts x $70 = $500+.  now it gets a little rich, seeing as how i can find about a million other better ways to spend $500 than on running shirts.  not like i'm training for a marathon.

in other news, i did buy a pair of spandex tights last week that i'll be debuting this afternoon.  yes, they are underarmour.

Still having nipple pain? Try Orajel. It's not just for teeth anymore. You can rub it on your balls, wait 45 seconds, then have your girl, (or guy) stomp on your sack and you won't feel a thing, I promise. Give it a shot on your erect, pink, juicy, pulsating nipples.
