Yesterday I overheard a co worker talking to her friend bout how her diet was coming along..
"I am doing good... for breakfast I had my 2 pieces of string cheese, a cup of oatmeal, my bagel with cream cheese, and a nutri grain bar for dessert.."
I kept my mouth shut but I was thinking Damn... thats a diet meal? The only thing missing was a Kit Kat bar..

Sounds good to me double of it of course for my size but still seems like it'd feel good on the gut.
Heard some dude talk about his diet the other day at the gym, he said he got 8 pounds to go in a week(thought he was nuts to loose that much on a weightloss plan. Turned around notice he was juiced to the gills getting ready for a show with big ol bitch titties, laughed my dick off.

depending on how much cream cheese we are talking about, that is in the neighborhood of about 1k calories for breakfast. solid diet plan ;D
also who has to have a 'dessert' course at breakfast ???

On a related note, isn't it annoying as fuck when someone at work, neighbor, family, etc... asks you about training and diet and then when you give them your input they want to fucking argue about it....wtf? So many fatties want you to give them the answer they want to hear, not the truth...... :-\

Everyday at lunch I see over weight fatties with cheese fries and fried whatever the special is with a diet coke to boot, taking the elevator to the 2nd floor know full well they should be using the stairs...

I admit, this is one of my frustrations. We have this individual who is straight out of college, 22, about 130lbs, knows it all. The guy asked me about putting on some size..etc. From past experiences (like you mentioned above) I have learned to not go into detail about helping anymore. Instead I simply said "man you need to get a good weight gainer and eat more food"....why did I even say that. He tells me how that's bad for liver, he doesn't want to get big, wants to do it "natural" ..etc,etc.
I just turned and walked away. I'm not even going to do the back and forth with those types. It's all they do all day is try to go against the grain.

Act real serious and next time quitely pull her aside and quietly tell her ; " You might want to avoid the nutrigrain bars. You seem nice and I want to give you a heads up on them. They give you chronic gas. " ;D

I had a lot of obese people ask me how I lost the weight and I would get "Well, I followed Atkins..." before getting interrupted by these morbidly obese people who would quickly inform me that "Atkins is bad for the kidneys".. I would think to myself, "Look you fat piece of crap, chances are you will die before you hit 50 at the rate you are going, so even if everything you read about Atkins being unhealthy for you is true, it is STILL a better alternative than staying 100 lbs overweight"... I too quickly learned to keep my answer to "Ate healthy and excercised" which made them go away when they realized it wasn't a new pill.

and that's the funny thing..these same people will go and get that bypass stomach staple or lipo suck or M&M pills for that "quick fix"..not even caring to understand it took time for them to get FAT so same rules apply when losing, and you actually can lose it faster than you gained it simply by following a plan and working out.
