Title: BLOATING
Post by: gearsgears on November 17, 2010, 02:26:10 AM
I just finished a Test & Dbol cycle... My midsection
is quite bloated...is that normal? Just water retention?
I'm doing cardio at the moment and have always eaten
pretty clean...

Just want to know if its normal and if it will go away..?

Problably water retention. A couple weeks after you get off cycle you should notice quite a difference.

Drink more water and cut the sodium. I know for me even running Nandralone Decanoate I don't bloat as long as I keep my estrogen down and diet clean.

dude are you sure about 11%? At 11%, i  dont think you should have a bloated midsection regardless if your taking water retaining type jooses.  I was on dbol and test-e and i could still see my abs(flexing) at 10%.
If your diet is spot on and your doing cardio, I don't see how someone cant be shredded even on test-e,deca, dbol (so long as the doses are moderate)

thats what i thought..........i never really witnessed peoplle getting particularly bloated in the midsection from even teh harshest  water retaining orals

yes there will eb a water in you skin, and you will have a puffy face

but i think the "bloat" he is witnessing there is fat.............most people thinkn they have 11% but are really at 17%

Thanks for the advice guys. I had my bodyfat measured at the gym and it was 11%. I will
have another assessment at the beginning of December...so I'll see what's up. They did mention
that it looks like I'm holding a bit of water around my waist....anyway, I'll increase cardio and
my water intake. Thanks again for the advice...

Could be androgen bloat, could be fat.

Take 50ml of glycerol in a pint of warm water before bed, this will reduce the bloat.

Glycerol (glycerine) is a water soluble carb syrup.  It can be used for hyper-hydration or dehydration depending on how its mixed.  When mixed with the correct amount of water it will draw subcutaneous water into the muscle giving a fuller appearance, this is great for before training or to reduce androgen bloat.  It can also have the opposite effect depending on how much water it is mixed with.  It is also used for coughs and dry skin re-hydration.

Look up glycerol loading, there are some good articles online explaining this.

No probs man.  You will find it works better on some days than others, but it will always have an effect on water retention.  I have been playing around with it pre training also - fantastic pumps.

I know a lot of guys who use it pre contest too to dry out and fill up, but don't fuck around with mercurial diuretics if you try it.......

But as per the OP's problem; glycerol, warm water, and a powdered nolva or two/a-dex before bed works a treat.

tried it 3 days ago, took letro the day before, 70g with 500ml of water, then a big bowl of pasta and other carbs for carbing up a bit, zero water, 1:30-2 hours later I was looking sick! but being dehydrated sucks lol all i was thinking about was to drink something...
gonna give it a try soon for hyper hydration before a workout! from what ive read its best to consume the glycerin 2 to6 hours before the workout, with 500ml of water and also 500ml every hour after... is that how you do it?
