yeah, hes delusional for sure- first he goes around the board dispensing advise like he's some kind of guru. now calls himself one of the greatest thinkers of all time when it comes to nutrition.
but the best part- he thinks he's going to look great when he's done- but this pic is the reality that awaits him- i wonder how he's going to delude himself into thinking otherwise.

he's still losing weight, but I think he needs to up the amount of weightlifting and protein as he starts to lean out. Muscles are starting to go faster than fat, time to change up his routine.

x2. FP doesn't have any muscle under that. I have some buddies who are almost as fat as FP, but even with high BF% you can see some semblance of muscle under the fat, he has none. A23 is perfect example, he is fat but you can easily tell he has muscle under it.
FP gotta start hitting the weights hard dude.
Props to FP for losing weight tho. But he still at the easy part of losing weight, going from very fat to fat is easy. Getting into the single digit BF% is when it gets really tough.

come on people, he might be losing scale weight, but he's losing weight where he shouldn't, i.e. in lat width, biceps,etc. he's just looking worse, his scale weight loss seems to be about 80% "muscle" and 20% fat.
it's easy to lose scale weight. i give him zero credit for his "success".
i'd say he'd need to be at about 140 to look ok, after skin surgery which he will need.

I personally do not care for him, but his weight loss is going very well, he has destroyed me in that area (yes I gladly admit that) and he seems well on his way to reaching his goals.

Do you know how hard it is to get fat disturbia? I think everyone on this forum who is in shape now was one point a fat retard such as yourself. Me,Bigach,TrueAdonis, Onlym... wait.. :( He is still a fat retard. Anyway once you lose all that wait you began to realize how much effort you have to put into being that fat. Your laziness will improve as you lose weight.

LOL.. it's been pretty easy for me to get chunky... and getting progressively easier... I've been using all sorts of excuses.. from "fuck it, my show is on, I must eat and drink" to grocery stores sales or lunch specials at the pho place.. ;D
