is this stuff bad for me? a 1.5 cup serving has 29 grams of carbs, with 10 grams of sugar. i normally dont eat extra sugar, just some yogart with honey. but this shit is good. i dont drink anything with sugar, no juices, soda, nothing. no sweets, donuts, ice cream, nothing. just some grey goose once a week. im thinking that a little honeycomb wont hurt my diet. ??

Will it spike your blood sugar? - yes
Does it promote health? - no
Is it refined processed crap? - yes
Will it make any noticeable difference to your body composition one way or the other? - not unless you eat several bowls every day.
