1) The chances of you looking anything like a Professional Bodybuilding unless you have the genes and use Steroids is ridicules small.
2) You can over train, sufficient rest and good sleep is more important than food and training.
3) Don't curl - start getting used to pullups
4) Squats and deadlifts are the most important core excersise
5) More is not better
6) There is more to life than lifting and eating chicken

realy dont get where the no direct arm training theories come from????....
only a small percentage can look like a pro, but vast majority can carry alot of size in various states of condition if they put the work, food and drugs in.

Doesn't matter about gene's. The thinner you are to the point of being an ectomorph, if you use large amounts of steroids/HGH/Insulin YOU WILL BE A PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (You just need to be rich or find a way to make money to buy them)

Diet is the key! Muscle is not coming out of nothing. You need huge amounts of food to grow. All you need is decent stimulation on gym, lot of food and moderate amount of rest.

just eat normal calories, some protein, moderate carbs, train and rest.

It has been explained to you many times, now ONE LAST TIME: In transition times from bulk to cut or vice versa, you can build muscle on a diet or cut fat on a bulk. This is ONLY because your body needs a certain time to adapt, THIS IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE.
It is really sad you don't understand this concept, no matter how many times it is explained to you.
Go on with this for another 4 weeks, and it will stop.

Ronnie Dean Coleman always seemed to eat very little. At least on his videos... extremely small portions for someone his size (excluding breakfast) ???
Ronnies meals were nothing but a peanut compared to Jays for example.
But he is only bodybuilder I know that ate so little. Maybe dj181 is really Ronnie himself :o

3. False - you need some form of strict curls in your training program for the biceps to be targeted effectively.
4. True, but only in the first few years of training IMO - once you've developed a foundation, swap the free-weight squats for hacks and knock the deadlifts off completely, or just do weighted hyperextensions. No need to do powerlifting movements if you want to be a bodybuilder.

Man, I give up. I am an old, short, chubby guy with a small bone structure and no hope of ever looking like anything more than an extra large roaming gnome. Women don't hate me, they just ignore me. I have tried to live a good life and train naturally but I am getting nowhere. I've probably been lifting longer than many that come here have been alive. It's really difficult to continue on with little if any progress and when you look at photographs of dopers that went from nothing to above average and beyond, it really drives home the point that all my efforts are pointless.
I think drugs are for losers, but to be honest in spite of not taking drugs I not much of a winner. Every time I read one of gh15's postings I get more depressed about my inability to build a good physique. Or even an okay physique. Shit, I'd be thrilled just to have someone ask me how often I exercise instead of why don't I exercise. I think I'll just refrain from reading his posts. It may be time to give up and move on.
