I personally love yoga and think it works well in conjunction with weight training....your thoughts?

i have never done yoga...and never will..
but i do think it could be very helpfull for a BB to do yoga...it offers a very strong mind muscle connection tool for your arsenal...

It has totally helped with muscle recovery, I really that everyone try it. People have this preconceived notion that its pussy, but just try it once and see how you feel

Yoga is great. I do it a few times a week. I did it for 2 hours every day for 2 years straight a while ago.
Yoga has a lot a physical benefits but the real benefit is the heightened state of spiritual awareness you will gain from it.
Do yoga a few times per week and you feel better. Relaxed, happy, satisfied, in control.
