Which version? Old-school 3 times a week style?
-
It wont work legs will grow but time you get to upper body exhaustion is taking place. Most all nautilus trainees over the years have larger legs but smaller upper bodies cause they do legs first on a whole body routine upper body suffers later in the workout.

But if he rests long enough btw work sets for each muscle it shouldn't be a problem Mr. N, that is unless he does the true AJ circuit style HIT not resting from 1 exercise to the next, coz if he does true AJ HIT circuit style then you're right, the legs will grow faster than the upper body.

I started this exact routine about 8 months ago. Only doing it because of my age[52]. I am actually getting healthy on it. You stoke your metabolism with this routine. Plus, since it is all machine work, my joints don't hurt either. My son calls it "the old man routine"!!
