I wanna take morning slin shots but loves my nutella too much...eating fat with slin in the system= nogood, now im forced to eat waffles with maple syrup now.. dieting when bodybuilding really is a pain in the ass  :'(  :P

i did high fat n slin all off season,, was awesome ,, on mass keto tho //  carb pre , during n post workout,, that all

slow slin in morning,

 th truth is slin is crap til you take serious amount of gh then , slin , always in shape BOOM

 Extra calories on slin is the problem, not fat, enjoy your nutella bro!

2 days ago i did 5iu, didnt eat until i started to get hypo to see what it did, after 1h I started to feel buzzed and see white so i cranked up the dextrose shake and everything was alright 5mins later.
yesterday i did 6iu preworkout, injected, ate 2 granola bars+1 apple (70g carbs), 20mins later started to sip a maltodextrin shake (140g carbs) during the workout. zero hypo, everything was perfect and... i never had a pump like this before, totally crazy. when flexing in the mirror at home my gf was like what the fuck..this shit works lol (she know i just started slin
but today.. injected 7iu at 8am, ate 4 waffle+maple syrup and a big glass of milk (130g carbs), 1 hour later started to sip on a 140g carbs maltodextrin shake until 12pm.. then at like 1:45, I started to get hypo at school...what the fuck? rushed to the store and pigged out on candy and milk chocolate..like 300g of carbs lol..

now you guys tell me why the fuck i started to get hypo.. log is supposed to be out of system after 4 hours so at 12pm it was supposed to be out but i went hypo at 1:45.. why?

dude you're right i must watch out lol.. its when i go hypo, I could eat the whole world.. must not get hypo, gonna get back to 5-6iu max

I dont have any experience with insulin but eating like that on any drug will get you fata as fuck.  ;D

You didn't go hypo because of the slin. Too damn many carbs. Do you usually eat that many carbs without slin?

The very conservative recommendation for for insulin is 10g/carbs per unit. You had like 30 grams per unit.

The worst hypo episodes I've had have been after slamming a maltodextrin shake.

lolll ive lowered my carbs intake a bit these days hahaha, im up 20ius and i only need one bowl of cereal with 2 slice of bread, with that im alright for about 4 hours before i get hypo again (if i dont eat).. i watch my carbs intake, always wait to get slight hypo feeling before eating more, when it happen i sip on a malto shake..  20ius preworkout i only need a 100g carbs shake, sipped during and most importantly keep some of it for after, then have a lil bowl of cereal and everything fine.. love the gains from slin so far
