Lately, Im trying not to eat anything for a good 2-3 hours before I go to bed...and Ive seen good results as far as "fat burning" goes.
I was wondering how many of you do this. I remember Pollux does it..

I typically eat my last meal at 8:30-9 and sleep around 11 or 11:30. Although on occasion I'll have a greek yogurt before bed.

You grow during deep sleep, that's the first half of the night. You want protein in your blood then. So take a 40gr shake or cottage cheese just before sleep.

I've always gone with this and it's benefited me the most.

Cottage cheese and then bed as soon as my head hits the pillow. Been doing it that way for 14yrs or so.

I don't eat for 3 hours before bed. And I only sleep 6 hours in a 48 hour day/s. Yes you read that right, I stay up for 42 hours straight and then sleep 6 hours. Eat approx/every 3 hours throughout.
A 24 hour a day cycle is Mind Control
48 hours is the key ;)

right before bed 10 egg whites, and 3 whole mega 3 eggs and one green pepper.

I always eat just before I go to bed. It's usually my biggest meal. Even then I usually lose about 3-5 pounds over night. If I don't eat I'll lose 5-8 pounds, sometimes as high as ten depending on how much I ate throughout the day and especially how much liquid I drank -- which is always a lot.

Last night I actually finished a meal and then fell fast asleep.....I usually don't do this.....seems like more often than not.....I'll wait to go to bed two hours after eating.

Although I might eat a handful of almonds before I go to bed instead of greek yogurt
I use to eat a big meal right before laying down. I didn't know at the time how stupid that was lol.

Last "meal" for me is a shake, and usually have it right before I go to bed

I eat then crash about an hour later. When I wake up to pee I drink a cup of egg whites I have in the fridge ready to go, just in case!! ;D

usually i get hungry 5mins after the meal, so if this B.S is real - im on the good way.
