Title: Obama's broken promises to the left

1.  Not closing Guantanamo

2.  Starting a war of aggression against an arab nation

3.  Appointing Goldman Sachs and wall street insiders to his cabinet

4.  Not creating a single payer healthcare system

5.  Compromising on the Bush tax cuts for the rich

6.  Appointing Cas Sustein as his anti-free speech Czar

7.  Violating civil liberties of Americans through his gestapo TSA checkpoints

8.  Allowing the Federal Reserve to print massive amounts of dollars, thereby weakening lower class workers as the value of the dollars they earn erodes each day.

9.  Escalating the war in Afghanistan by 28,000+ troops

10.  Leaving 50,000 troops in Iraq indefinitely


Just a to name a few, feel free to add others.  I fail to understand how this man still has 42% of the people supporting him.  He has totally let down his liberal base.

To me those are big deals... Things like continuing the shit that I hated about Bush... Just cause it's a Democrat certainly doesn't make it "ok" in my book.

Attacking Libya... continuing the middle east debacle... Renewing the Patriot act... All kinds of shit bothers me.

How could I forget, renewing the Patriot Act.  That one is huge.  Where is the left on that one?  They were all over it when Bush was in office.  Where is Maddow, Cenk, and Matthews?  Where is the ACLU? 

The false left/right paradigm is more obvious than ever and common Americans still aren't waking up.
