Ha ha ha ha ha hah a ha ! !     ! ! ! 


Its at a historic low because the economy SUCKS and less people are working than EVER.   Labor Participation is at an all time low and record levels are on food stamps under the obama economy. 


Obama is stampeding people on to welfare and collapsing the nation.  No wonder tax revenues are low - NO ONE IS WORKING!
