used nolva for my last pct and also on regular basis during cycle.
i 've got three bad muscle tear during cycle and pct (pec - lat -and horrible tear on my left lumbar).
despite proper warm up, in these three case i injuried myself during second or third heavy set of various exercise.
does nolva can explain this?

I don't think nolva is the culprit here, i've gotten a few muscle tears and they were OFF nolva so in your case it just might be a coincidence.

even tho 1gflr3 many said it' crap ,,,on injury it help process
fish oil n omega3 great for tendon
workout in tempo , slow n control
dont work on angle where you have pain , work around it

thanks, and you're right for winstrol, i torn my left lumbar on it, and a friend who do track and field plus some weightlifting with me report insane muscle cramp to calves on winny.
