yah i drop 7000 calories to 5000 , right away , to no cardio , to deadlift cardio and hiit outside sprint , you need gabba , piracetam n phenibut to adapt a stress like this , i like fast prep , no life n go 200% at 300%mph ,
then off season it all you can get eat buffet keto mass
in off season was traning one day on - one day off - full cns recovery , now on prep i go gym 12 times a week

bodybuild on so much drugs can nto and will never be 20% not even close,, when bodybuild is truly 20% he stop looking hard and dense since muscle cover by too much fat,,the fella in the video = hard and dense ,, the gut is from insulina ,,again you confuse fat and water retention ,,
any one who can allow themselves to eat 5000 calories a day first of use lots of hormones and i mean LOTS and second feed a very fast metabolism ...most fitness models pros eat maybe 1800-2000 calories a day and you see what they look like on mag ...bodys to dream of even before the air brush touch,,a fella who eat anywhere around 4000-5000 calories is always low doubles to mid singles later on in prep,,this is also why he can cut down the bodyfat so fast...because its mainly water,,,
to really drop down 15% bodyfat woudl cost severely in muscle loss,,bodybuild do nto gain too much fat,,,the only one who really went out of wack and gained some fat was kamali btu even he was sitting 14-15%

lightly indeed , from hcg abuse 10 years ago , letro made it slightly disappear for time being i use it 3 weeks out, it show on double biceps front , steroid no biggie in canada but a surgery is 10k , if i qualify i will have to do it , it will show in th low digits,, it suck
i wasnt planning competing younger and did not care 10 years ago , i wasnt even on th internet back then

i'd say that is in part mostly from the keto.
his body responds well to it. keeps him dry as he leans out. hes def on the right track and knows what works for his body, especially given hes not even using tren or masteron yet.

did one year cycle - end 220 - did a year off - again did one year cycle on 240 -
then went on rampage party n steroid 3 years 28-30 yo. , ended at 260
went nattie 2 years after ghb overdose it was a wake up call, a scary one
- n redo steroid with maturity 3 month on - 3 month off 33-34 yo.
then almost year basis slin + gh + prop + primo + eq + npp ( stop when health go downhill 3 weeks ) til today ( 36 )
got 17 months to go , go off ,, have kid without a sperm donor , i wish , retire n hrt for life i guess with erectile dysfunction

i competed against jama. not putting him down but BLP and jama in different leagues. BLP holds way more dense muscle. if he can nail his conditioning, and hold his size, forget about it.
