I've been cycling Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream, whole pizzas, mexican and chinese food, and java chip frappucinos for the past couple months in order to get maximum bulk before I start an epic cutting phase to get ripped to shreds.

Yeah, I'm surprised he didn't say anything about an EC stack or clen. With all the muscle op is likely to lose while on diet and cardio the repartitioning effect they have would have some value even at a high body fat percentage.

Your bodyfat is 35-45% and it may take a lifetime to get it to 6-7%, because it is obvious that you like good food and eat a lot of it. Go pure Atkins diet if you can, it may suit for you better than most of us. You can eat beef etc., just drop all carbs what so ever, so it will be easy to you. With Atkins diet you can reach your goal in one year.

I have to agree with you on that. If I was 25% bodyfat, that would mean I only have 58.5 lbs of fat on my body (234 x .25 = 58.5). Therefore, I would be 0% bodyfat (like Flex Wheeler when Jim Quinn measured him at the 93 Olympa) at 175.5 lbs. I think I would probably need to be in the 160's to be in the single digits as far as bodyfat percentage. I'm probably in the 30 - 35% range right now.

I think my body type is closer to Arthur Abraham, who is 5' 9" and fights at 168 (this pic might be from when he was fighting at middleweight...160).

I just started lifting again; I hadn't done it seriously in several years but used to train all the time before that. At this point, the amount of muscle I hold onto is a secondary concern. Once I get to a respectable bodyfat level, I will work on slowly building back up any muscle I lose.

Unfortunately it does not work that way. 170-175 10% at best, you forgot to factor in easily 10-12 lb of water that the 40lb of fat will hold and since he is doing it natural may even lose 5-10 lb of muscle. I would put him at 28% using skinfold test and or 35% if using the electronic bodyfat test.

Good point if he is not training now and introduces it then yes he could gain depends on genetics. I am a roofer and a bodybuilder, off season I am 250 lb and a hot summer day on the roof I have lost 10lb (30 degrees c for 14 hours) in contrast when I am 210 on a hot day I would only drop 2 lb so yes fat holds tons of water. Skinfold test compared to electronic measurement varies per individual but on average 23 % really is only 13-16% on skinfold. In a Dennis James video he is sitting on 6% and he tested 18% electronically, his reaction...."I'm a break this bitch" lol.......he started at 12% dieted for 8 weeks and now he is 18%....you do the math.

The majority is fat, look at the lower back and love handles. How many cals are you eating a day?
Around 1800 to 2000...so a little more than half of what I estimate was my previous daily carlorie intake. I also cut out all alcohol which I think is going to help quite a bit. I used to drink a lot of dark beer and jack & cokes, which add up the calories really fast.

Yep. When dieting hard I hardly ever get sleepy and I usually require much less sleep in general. What I would advise is that you eat a meal with a moderate amount of carbs in before bed as this will help with your sleep, believe me. Camomile tea helps also.

He has already said that he's 5'10" at 230lbs. If he's 25% fat as you claim he is then that means he has 57.5lbs of fat or 172.5lbs on non-fat. This means at 10% bodyfat he would weigh 190.5lbs. So you're saying someone that doesn't even workout would be over 10lbs more than your claimed "natural limit" if they got down to 10% bodyfat.
Fuck, why do so many people forget that there are also fluids in the human body? Double the weight loss because of water.
And someone at 25-30 % body fat can be really fat, people should realise that too.

Well carbohydrates help with the rythym to your bodyclock in relation to getting tired at the right times, hence why people have sleep issues on no-carb diets. When I'm very lean I probably sleep 1-2 hours less on average. I think the need for more sleep has got something to do with the strain on your organs that being heavier creates.

i would quit working out dude, it just isn't working for you, some people have it some don't. You can still be thin and attractive, just that muscle look isn't quite for you. Shave the body hair and change your diet up and focus on cardio, forget the weights.

Well you opened up pandora's box with this thread but if you ignor the insults and stick to your guns you will achieve your goals and earn respect at the same time, worst thing you can do is give up if u need any diet advice pm me will answere any question to help you.

If you not juicin, it's not worth lifting weights, if you doing it natural stick to cardio and running, whatever, and do some crunches, save you time and some injuries maybe, woman much prefer the regular man's body. They don't really care that much for muscles.

Good point if he is not training now and introduces it then yes he could gain depends on genetics. I am a roofer and a bodybuilder, off season I am 250 lb and a hot summer day on the roof I have lost 10lb (30 degrees c for 14 hours) in contrast when I am 210 on a hot day I would only drop 2 lb so yes fat holds tons of water. Skinfold test compared to electronic measurement varies per individual but on average 23 % really is only 13-16% on skinfold. In a Dennis James video he is sitting on 6% and he tested 18% electronically, his reaction...."I'm a break this bitch" lol.......he started at 12% dieted for 8 weeks and now he is 18%....you do the math.

Haha...my whole body is covered in hair but I shave my upper arms, shoulders, and back (have an attachment so I can reach). The problem with my chest and stomach is that I get bad razor burn.

you don't have to shave all the way down, if you leave some hair it will not leave razor bumps like with one of these products.

I dont know your motivation but if your serious which you seem pretty damn serious some tanning would improve your look in a very short time if your goal is to get women? Its another personal health indicator. If you get to even 13-14% and gain decent amount of muscle you would look fairly well I think that is attainble in 5 months
