For a guy he wasn't even prepping.  ;D craig richardson is being prepped by jason arntz  8)

Sadly, Jason couldn't even really get himself in shape, and when Craig won his pro card, he was in better shape than Jason ever was...
When Craig was 175 he had off the meter conditioning (and some gyno).
