60 pounds in two months isn't alot I came down from 255 for the competion I was always around the range of 230 240 between 18 and 21 went to an acting school worked out 2xs a week for about 2 years and now I'm back serious..also I said I'm now doing what it takes!!wink wink I must say the result are astounding 100+pounds on all major lifts
