How much protein for a natural for ideal muscle gains?
What about recommended caloric intake?
Not talking contest prep - mainly for off-season putting on muscle!
I can't believe I'm actually seeking out GH15 for advice :-\ lol

How many meals?
is up to you----3,4,5,6..whatever. the 30g per meal thing is pretty much shit
people are confusing different issues. their is a maximimal anabolic growth response that you can achieve from a certain amount of protein but that does not mean that you should limit protein intake to 25-30g per meal because protein can do other things in the body. support many different pathways etc. besides ...those studies have also several flaws.

I've honestly found that a shit ton of protein on a low carb diet works best for me since I've been off. Keeps ya lean and mean. You can gain too if you eat enough.

Thats what I've found works. Keep protein high (thats the constant),
increase carbs to bulk up or decrease carbs to get lean
