yea, and? Is the guy you're talking about running in the republican primary?
LOL, that Cain was specifically talking about the constitution! It's not like he just said something like "the constitution says..." and then went on to list things from the declaration. That could just be a gaffe if he did that. But he was very specific about what document he was talking about and then went on to quote items from the declaration. Yea, that's really bad imo. zero way Paul would do that. Why? because Paul knows all these document by heart and all of the important arguments that go along with understanding the constitution.
Why not nominate someone we know has a history of pulling out the constitution when making decisions. That's obviously not going to be a guy that hasn't read the constitution in a very long time.
